In order for any of us to make the changes we desire in our lives, this is what I propose to you, and let me be clear, this is not a new idea.
WHAT do you want to change? What is your goal?
Now tell yourself WHY you want the change.
What are you willing to do to make those reasons important enough to put some actions into place so that real change can happen?
HOW will you COMMIT to putting those actions in place?
WHO will you need to support you and hold you accountable to the commitments you will put in place?
WHEN will you begin to put this into action? WHEN you do expect to reach your goal(s)?
